Jesse Hamilton, Iraq War Veteran
Jesse Hamilton is a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant. He served an embedded adviser to the Iraqi Army in Fallujah from 2005-2006. Prior to his service in Iraq, SSG Hamilton was a Drill Sergeant for three years and a forward observer in the 101st Airborne Division. A fifth generation combat veteran, he believes that war is justifiable only in extreme cases, such as explicit defense of one's homeland from invasion and to prevent crimes against humanity such as genocide.
Raed Jarrar, Senior Fellow on the Middle East, National Peace Action

Raed Jarrar is an Iraqi-born architect, blogger, and political analyst. He lived in Iraq during the sanctions era from 19912003, and during the 2003 US-led invasion. Since his emigration to the US in 2005, he has been working on ending the occupation of Iraq. Raed Jarrar is currently a Senior Fellow with Peace Action, the largest national peace group in the US, headquartered in Silver Spring, MD.
